Spinning Video

This is me spinning wool! This is not my angora wool but some stuff that came with my wheel. I have spun up my angora and I'm waiting for him to grow his fur back out so I can shear him again and spin more! The video might take a bit to load but it's there!

MY SPINNING WHEEL CAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an Ashford Kiwi last Wednesday and it came Friday night. I got it from Woolery! It also came with a free Knitty Noddy and a whole pound of beginner friendly wool. Great wool and I will be buying more from them when I run out. A pound of wool is a lot of wool!!!!!!! Sorry about the not so great pictures. I used my Ipod.

Dad helped me finish putting it together. I did just about all of it Friday night (7 o'oclock) when it came and then Saturday morning I needed his muscles for a few things that didn't want to go in.

The skein on the left is my first spinnings. And the skein on the right is my most recent spinnings. I think I'm getting better!

I'll have to have Mom take some video of me spinning so I can show you (when I get better). Until then you'll have to do with pictures.
